We have dined at Panda Express in 3 states. Maybe 25 different locations. The one in Lake Havasu City is the best. The staff and manager are very friendly and always greet us when we arrive. It's also the cleanest one we visited. The one at the Barstow Station and Lenwood, in California, are the worst. If your ever in Southern California be sure to try the Panda Inn in Pasadena.

Really, this is the best Panda Express I've been to. Why? What makes this one special over other Pandas? The food is good at most all locations, but the service and the people who work here sincerely care. They catered a dinner for me for 530 people (yes, 530, that's not a typo!) and they deliver utensils and chopsticks hand-rolled inside a napkin and Panda Express sticker for all 530 eaters. The food was hot and delicious. Amazing they can do that for 530! I'm so impressed with Michael and his staff. This is the second year he and his team have delivered an excellent product. Definitely deserves all 5 stars.

We came in from California about 15 minutes before they closed. The server told us what food was freshest and had them make new mushroom chicken with a five minute wait. Then the root beer was out of syrup and they refilled it right away for us. Excellent service. And everyone was very pleasant.

Food is spotty. When it is good, it is very good, but it is often not so good. Their grill keeps going down and they don't fix it properly, so it goes down again in a week or so. VERY POORLY MANAGED. I've been to other Panda Express's that were consistently good. This one is NOT!!!

Lots of cartilage in products that contain chicken. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are nice. However it is disappointing to find that the food is not up to the standard of the rest of the business.
